A new interview posted by popular content creator Kuye Oghenevwede Adegoke, popularly known as Egungun of Lagos, has stirred intense conversations across social media after featuring a young woman with an unusually tiny waist.

The lady, identified as Abdulahi Rukayat Oluwaremilekun—also known as Ewatomilola—immediately drew massive attention for her striking, hourglass figure.

Her appearance sparked comments, questions, and speculations, with many viewers wondering whether she had undergone extreme body modification.

During the conversation with Egungun, the 23-year-old, who stated she is a Muslim, claimed she achieved her remarkably small waist through what she described as “ribs reconstruction.”

According to her, she now has only four ribs—two on each side—instead of the typical 24 found in the human body.
