Eedris Abdulkareem, Burna Boy and Davido

Rapper Eedris Abdulkareem has praised Davido as the Odogwu of the new generation of singers in the Nigerian music industry.

This he stated amid a growing beef between Burna Boy and Davido on who is more talented in the music industry.

MyNigeria.com reported that Burna Boy threw shade at Davido for referring to himself and Wizkid as the greatest of all time.

The statement which was made on Instagram by Davido didn't sit well with Burna Boy who took to social media with a reaction.

His post has been seen to be a mockery of Davido's musical talent which he hints is being heavily influenced by his billionaire father's wealth.

Burna Boy tweeted: "You cannot play football, everybody knows you cannot play football and you are an embarrassment to the team But your daddy bought the football team“.

In what appears to be a verdict, Eedris Abdulkareem labelled Davido as the Odogwu of his time, a title which Burna Boy ascribes to himself and even dropped a single with the same title.

However, the praise didn't mean anything to Davido who fired back at Eedris Abdulkareem by calling him a p*ssy.
