Popular Nigerian streamer Jarvis has moved to silence pregnancy speculation that erupted just days after her high-profile traditional wedding to fellow content creator Peller in Lagos.

According to her, such rumours are false and attributed her fuller figure to a deliberate weight gain journey aided by medication.

In a video posted on August 5, 2026, that has since gone viral on social media, Jarvis addressed her followers in a mix of Pidgin and English, pushing back at the speculation with a tone that was equal parts playful and visibly irritated.

"Make una no dey talk that belle thing, e don dey vex me. No be bad thing for person to get belle but I no get. I told you people that I am taking weight gain and I don't want to talk about this issue," she said.

The rumours gained traction after fans noticed visible changes in her body in footage filmed inside a car shortly after the wedding, with many viewers drawing a connection between her appearance and early pregnancy.

The timing of the wedding also fuelled speculation online, with some commenters suggesting the ceremony had been rushed due to a possible pregnancy.

Adding to the buzz, Jarvis and Peller had previously made playful references to having a child together, which observers seized on as further evidence for their theory.
