Dinner date with Adeboye or 1million naira? - Faith-testing question divides Nigerian opinions

A quiz asking Nigerians to choose between money and a launch or dinner date with Pastor E.A Adeboye, the founder of the Redeem Christian Church of God, RCCG has sparked a debate online.

The street vox pop was posed at Christians to pick their thoughts on what they would choose if they were given an option between N1 million and a meeting with Pastor Adeboye.

Some people said they would prefer the money than having a meeting with the Redeem General Overseer following the economic crisis bedeviling the country and that they would be able to cater for their needs.

Despite many Christians wanting the money some few chose the dinner date, giving their reason that prayers from Pastor Adeboye would bring more blessings to their lives.

As a result of this, a debate sparked on social media with some users sharing their thoughts.
