Popular media personality and influencer Diadem has revealed that protecting her child from future shame is the driving force behind her aggressive stance against false online rumors.

Speaking on a recent episode of the Afropolitan podcast, Diadem explained that she refuses to let damaging lies go unaddressed, stating that staying silent only gives credibility to false narratives.

"I am very, very big on writing my own narrative," Diadem said. "If you come online to say something about me that you know nothing about... I will come out and debunk it, especially when it's a big fat lie. I don't let such accusations fly because that is like me adding flesh to the lies."

The public figure emphasized that her refusal to remain quiet isn't about winning petty internet arguments, but about preserving the hard-earned reputation she plans to leave behind for her family.

"I worked so hard to build [my image]... because again, I have a child that will one day go online and read all these things," she added. "She will one day say, 'Oh mommy, you were involved in this?' How am I supposed to be answering that kind of question?"
