Davido sets to release joint album with Chris Brown

Nigerian Afrobeats singer David Adeleke, who is widely known as Davido, has disclosed that he and popular American singer Chris Brown are collaborating on an album.

The singer mentioned that they had already produced 10 tracks for their group project.

Davido disclosed this while appearing as a guest on the most current Bootleg Kev show.

He said: “If I were to do a collab project or collab album with anyone from the states, it will definitely be Chris,” Davido said.

“Me and Chris got like 10 songs people haven’t heard. We’ve definitely talked about doing an album.”

Davido added that one of the reasons he enjoys working with Chris Brown is that he consistently shows up for video shoots and goes on tour with friends.

He expressed excitement about collaborating with American R&B crooner SZA and reggaeton performer Bad Bunny.

Chris Brown and Davido previously collaborated on the 2019 song "Blow My Mind." He was also included on Chris Brown's "Brezzy" album's deluxe edition last year.

The American singer also welcomed Davido and Nigerian dancer Poco Lee in Los Angeles on Wednesday, May 17, as they hopped on Davido's "Unavailable" challenge.
