Nigerian fashion entrepreneur Uche Nnaji criticized Davido’s stylist, labeling the tailoring as "shabby” and questioning her skills after photos surfaced showing the outfit looking wrinkled.

In response, Yasmeen Ntwarii, the stylist behind the wedding ensemble, addressed the backlash publicly for the first time.

In a behind-the-scenes video shared online, Yasmeen explained that the suit was not an off-the-rack item. It was an exquisite piece by Tom Ford, crafted after she traveled to London with Davido for fittings.

She emphasized that every detail was carefully approved by Davido himself, including the precise shade of white and the style of the lapels.

She explained: “I followed the entire process, from the sketch to the final stitch." Yasmeen revealed that the cufflinks Davido wore weren’t just accessories; they carried a tribute to his late son, Ifeanyi.
