Davido pays tribute to singer at Timeless show in Manchester

Nigerian singer, Davido has paid tribute with a touching video of the late singer, Mohbad at his 'Timeless' show in Manchester on Wednesday, September 13.

On Tuesday, the Nigerian entertainment industry was thrown in a state of mourning after reports of Mohbad's death hit the internet.

27-year-old Mohbad was a rising star with some hit songs such as "KPK", "Peace", "Beast and Peace" among others.

Reacting to the death of the singer, Davido before the start of his Timeless concert, spoke to his fans about the difficulties he face to perform for the audience.

The DMW label owner noted that singers also go through a lot like everyone.

Davido gave a shoutout to Mohbad towards the end of the clip.

It was also reported that Davido sent Mohbad’s father N2 million as a condolence gift.

The tribute touched many fans who took to social media to share their thoughts.
