Nigerian singer David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has expressed his sadness at the loss of his N26 million diamond ring.

This was made known in a screenshot of a chat between the singer and his jeweller, Ice By CW, which was shared on social media page.

In their conversation, Davido confirmed losing his ring, stating that it fell off the boat and into the ocean while he was in Jamaica.

Davido admitted that the 001 diamond ring was his favourite and proceeded to inform the jeweler about a replacement, showing less concern about the price.

When Ice By CW asked if he wanted the same design, the 30BG boss clarified that he wanted a bigger one.

The news of Davido’s lost ring has sparked various reactions from social media users.

Some suggested that he include the location where he lost the ring in order to retrieve it, while others expressed shock at Davido’s decision to acquire a bigger one.
