Davido assures his cousin B-Red he's winning a Grammy award, video trends

With much anticipation, Nigerian musician and owner of the DMW record company David Adeleke 'Davido' looks forward to taking home his first Grammy Award in 2024.

The Afrobeats singer claimed to be winning a Grammy in a brief video he shared with his cousin, singer Adebayo Adeleke, also known as B-Red, during a family gathering in Atlanta, Georgia. The former had boasted about the DMW star receiving three nominations.

According to reports, Davido was included on the Grammy nominee list for the first time. Best Global Album, Best African Performance, and Best Global Music Performance were the three categories in which he was recognized.

Following Davido's assurance and anticipation of winning a Grammy award for the first time, many of his fans have wished him well as they share in his excitement.
