Celebrity barman Pascal Okechukwu popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest, has revealed why he switched political support from 2023 Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi to President Bola Tinubu.

Chief Priest was one of the prominent celebrities who backed Obi during the 2023 presidential election.

Ahead of the next election cycle, he has declared support for Tinubu.

He currently serves as a coordinator for the City Boys Movement, a grassroots mobilisation group launched by Seyi Tinubu for the 2027 election.

In a conversation with streamer Peller, Cubana Chief Priest said he left Obi’s camp to avoid another political defeat again.

He also expressed confidence that Tinubu will win again in 2027.

“I left Obi because I don’t want to lose again because they say first fool no be fool na the second fool be proper fool. Tinubu will still win”, he said.
