Coronavirus: Collapsed Chinese man in Lagos not COVID-19 related - NCDC

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has allayed the fears of many Nigerians over the case of the Chinese mand that reportedly collapsed in Lagos.

A video went viral moments ago and was posted by a popular Nigerian daily, showing as the Chinese man collapsed.

MyNigeria, upon sighting the video, notified the NCDC via their official Twitter account.

The NCDC then responded thus, "We have investigated and this is false. Thank you for sharing with us."

We hereby urge all Nigerians to contact the nearest hospital or the NCDC upon the discovery of any person showing any coronavirus related symptoms without ignoring or harming the individual, no matter his/her nationality.
