Comedienne Princess weeps after a 10-year-old girl was raped to death

Comedienne Princess has taken to social media to appeal for help after a 10-year-old girl was raped and killed in Ayobo, Lagos.

According to her, the little girl, named Aishat, was on her way to church on Sunday, September 25, when the incident occurred.

She pleaded with residents of the community to assist the mother of the child in getting due process from the Police.

Princess, narrating the ordeal said the police is preventing the mother from seeing the child.

Whiles calling for justice for the little girl, Princess asked residents of Ayobo to assist the police in identifying the culprits.

Captioning the video she wrote; “Please, if you live around Ayobo, I need your help".

Princess cry for help comes after securing the conviction of her colleague, Olarenwaju James, popularly known as Baba Ijesha, for sexually assaulting her foster daughter.

In April 2021, the comedienne accused the veteran actor of assaulting the 14-year-old girl since she was 7-years-old.

Baba Ijesha on July 14 was convicted before the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court indecent treatment, sexual assault, and attempted sexual assault of Princess’ foster daughter.

He is currently serving a 16-year jail term.
