Comedian Mr Macaroni receives death threat

Skit maker, Mr Macaroni has taken to social media to share a screenshot of a death threat he received today, February 27.

The threat comes after he shared a post calling out Sanwo-Olu after the All Progressives Congress lost the presidential election in Lagos state to the Labour Party.

According to the comedian, the Sanwo-Olu has failed to impress him and many others as Governor of Lagos state.

He also hinted on voting for Labour Party Gbadebo Patrick Rhodes-Vivour, also known as GRV in the upcoming gubernatorial election in March.

He wrote on Twitter;

"I don’t know about others but you have not impressed ME as Governor of Lagos State!
Lagos youths were killed some others brutalized and dehumanized under your watch.
Please sir, kindly call for Peace like this also on March 11th. So we can peacefully come out and Vote for GRV!"

Shortly after Mr Macaroni tweeted that he has received a death threat from an unknown person who claims to know his whereabout.

Responding to the threat, the skit maker noted that he is used to threats on his life but as long as he is alive he wont compromise.

He tweeted;

"I’m already used to threats!
I have a record of all threats I have received, I also have recorded calls and messages of Powerful politicians and their children that have ever reached out to me!!!
I always said NO!
Because as long as I still dey, There shall be NO COMPROMISE!!!"
