Nollywood actor Charles Okocha has addressed viral claims suggesting he proposed to fellow actress Regina Daniels following alleged issues in her marriage to Ned Nwoko.

The speculation began after an unverified Facebook post circulated online, alleging that Okocha had made a “phenomenal” marriage proposal to Daniels shortly after reports of her separation from Nwoko.

The post further claimed that the actress was set to begin a new chapter with him, though no evidence was provided to support the assertions.

Part of the viral message read: “Lucky Regina Daniels, a few months after separation from husband Pa Ned Nwoko, actor Charles Okocha proposes marriage to her. This is really phenomenal!! I only pray the marriage lasts.”

Reacting to the buzz, Okocha took to Instagram to distance himself from the narrative, urging social media users not to involve him in unfounded drama.

“Abeg ooo, Facebook people,” he wrote in a brief response.

As of now, there has been no confirmation of any romantic involvement between the two actors, and the claims remain unverified.
