Nigerian lawyer and founder of Afe Babalola University in Ado-Ekiti, Afe Babalola has provoked outrage on social media for giving King's College, London, a donation of 10 million pounds to open a learning center.

He claims that in order to allow young Africans to access education and possibilities which they would otherwise not be able to have, the Afe Babalola African Centre for Transnational Education will be established with the help of the donation he made.

Some social media users were not pleased with the move and criticized the top Nigerian advocate for spending so much money abroad despite the country's poor educational system.
