U.S. rapper Cardi B has stated that the Orisha, a Yoruba deity which she worships, is Osoosi. This came after a social media influencer made a video saying the rapper is devoted to the deity.

In the video's comment section, Cardi B confirmed the influencer's claims and also posted colours that represent the deity.

Osoosi/Oshoshi/Ochochi is worshipped in numerous regions, cities, towns, and smaller communities throughout Nigeria, the Benin Republic, and Togo. The deity is also worshipped by adherents in Brazil and Cuba.
