Burna Boy snubs Arise TV? - Reporter blows hot

Arise Television reporter, Kachi Offiah recently called out Grammy Award winning artist, Burna Boy over his alleged snub on the Met Gala red carpet.

The 2023 Met Gala took place on Monday, May 1 in New York City with several celebrities from various countries present.

Nigerian singer, Burna Boy and Tems were also among the celebrities who made an appearance at the event.

Offiah who was also present to cover the event, came across Burna Boy on the red carpet and called out to him to grant an interview.

However, Burna Boy declined her request as he was been ushered into the event by a man and a woman who were seen talking to him.

Burna suddenly turned to her while on his way and said "honestly I need to go".

The reporter who was not pleased by his response, called his name repeatedly but the singer walked away.

In a call out on national television, the reporter said Burna Boy acted like he was too busy for an interview.

Reacting to her call out, some social media users disagreed with her, saying the singer obviously looked busy.
