Burna Boy is a beast and Wizkid is a superstar - Akon

Senegalese-American singer, Aliaune Damala Badara Akon Thiam popularly known as Akon has described Grammy award-winning singer Burna Boy as a 'beast' in the music industry.

He expressed his love for Burna Boy's music, adding that the 'Last Last' singer is representing Africa amazingly well.

"I love the way Burna Boy is moving now, Burna is killing it. And it's interesting because he is been moved by a guy called Kirk Hardy. Kirk Hardy used too be the head of International for Convict when I was in SOC. He literally gave Burna Akon's blue print to break them. Burna is a beast. He is killing it, He is coming out with the swag of Nigeria. He is representing on a level that needs to be represented."

Speaking in an interview with The Breakfast Club Crew on Us radio, Akon called Nigerian singer, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, known professionally as Wizkid a superstar who is a born star.

"Wizkid is just a superstar, he is the guy who puts out one record a year and that record lasts all year. He is a born star without a though."
