Buhari thief pass Abacha - Pere Egbi

Former Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) housemate and ex US Commander Pere Egbi has criticized former president Muhammadu Buhari over a revelation made by governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria CBN), Godwin Emefiele.

Recall that Emefiele was suspended from office as governor of CBN on Friday, June 9 by President Bola Tinubu in a statement by Willie Bassey, Director of Information at the office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation.

Following his suspension, Emefiele revealed that President Buhari had been receiving a sum of $3 billion per month since 2014 in hard currency.

Many people registered their displeasure over the incident and the harm the act had caused the country.

Reacting to the news, Pere compared Buhari to Nigerian military officer and politician Sani Abacha who was also involved in corruption during his tenure as a military ruler before his death in 1998.

Taking to his Twitter page, Pere wrote: "Wow. $3 billion per month since 2014???!!!!! Jesus is Lord! Damn! This guy thief pass Abacha o."
