Award-winning Afrobeats singer David Adeleke known as Davido has verbally exchanged words with a man about Nigerian politics before blowing the man to death.

The Afrobeats musician started the dispute by criticizing the nation's dishonest political system on his X page.

Internet users reacted to this in a variety of ways, and one claimed that Davido is usually quick to blame the nation if the court rules in the APC's favour.

Also, another tweep with the handle @RealAdeshina criticized the singer and wrote: “Go chop with Oyetola, ode!”

Davido replied: “U mean the former governor?”

@RealAdeshina said: “Your uncle will become former one day. Maybe by 2026 or more. You need to act to your age and stop being a banger boy. Rest!”

Davido made fun of him by saying: "Bingo who release u from cage today from today ur new name is Bingo … stop distracting me I’m counting money.”
