'Big clowns' - Daniel Regha slams celebrities expressing sadness over Mohbad's death

Nigerian celebrities who are grieving the death of singer Mohbad have come under fire from social media personality Daniel Regha.

Daniel Regha claimed that many Nigerian celebrities are fake in a tweet on his X account. This, he claimed, was the result of the singer not receiving assistance while he was still alive.

Recall that Mohbad left his record label after Naira Marley, the head of the label, physically assaulted him.

Regha claims that despite Mohbad's difficulties with Naira Marley, Nigerian celebrities did not provide him with the support he required.

He continued by saying that only fellow musician Bella Shmurda supported Mohbad during those tough times, yet after his passing, others are expressing their sorrow as though they had cared for him when he was still alive.

According to Daniel Regha, the majority of famous people expressing their sorrow for Mohbad are clowns and not sincere.

He wrote: "Mohbad wasn't publicly supported when he was assaulted by Naira Marley crew, even after being hospitalized the industry elites kept silent; Only Bella Shmurda boldly stood by him. All of a sudden everyone is posting condolence messages & acting like they care. The same so-called celebs are still associating with his assulter Naira Marley. Many Nigerians who're also expressing their sadness are big cl¤wns, thousands of RIP posts on social media platforms, but tomorrow if Naira Marley release a song they will happily vibe to it. Bunch of fakes."
