Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Queen Mercy Atang, has made an emotional appeal to God for financial abundance to enable her help others.

In a post on Instagram page, the reality star and entrepreneur expressed deep sadness over the hardship faced by many Nigerians.

She stated that she often wishes she had the resources and influence to ensure everyone could afford basic necessities.

According to her, comfort for all, rather than excessive riches, is her desire.

She listed a safe home, good food, quality education, affordable healthcare, and other essentials as things every human deserves.

Queen Mercy said images of children being rescued from floodwaters and families losing their homes leave her emotionally shattered.

She explained that her prayer for extreme wealth is not driven by a need for luxury or status, but by the goal of bringing relief to those struggling, easing their burdens, and putting smiles on their faces.

“I’m so sad. Sometimes I wish I had the money and the influence to make everyone comfortable. Not necessarily rich, just comfortable enough to have the basic things every human deserves: a safe home in a good environment, good food to eat, access to quality education, the ability to afford hospital bills, and the everyday essentials for a decent life.

“Seeing little children being pulled from floodwaters or families losing everything breaks me into pieces. It honestly hurts my heart. Lord, please make me extremely wealthy. Not for luxury or status, but so I can put smiles on people’s faces, lift burdens, and help those in need. Please, Lord”, she wrote.
