Former Big Brother Nigeria housemate Queen Mercy Atang has addressed Multichoice and Africa Magic in an open letter following the 12th Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards.

In an Instagram post, Atang thanked the organisers for the platform and invitation to the ceremony, noting their existing AMVCA Cultural Day and other pre-award events.

She wrote: “Hello Multichoice @africamagic @multichoice_group. An open letter to the platform that gave me visibility. I’m beyond excited to have made an appearance at the just-concluded AMVCA, and even more excited to see how business entrepreneurs have embraced this trend even before @tiannahsplacempire and I officially made it one”.

She suggested adding a dedicated night for Nigerian entrepreneurs to showcase their brands, creativity, and impact.

She described the proposed “AMVCA Nigerian Entrepreneurs Night” as an opportunity to highlight business owners in a formal, high-profile setting.

“Just a thought since we already have the AMVCA Cultural Day and other special events before the main award night, would it be possible to create a special night dedicated to entrepreneurs in Nigeria to showcase their brands, creativity, and impact?

“Imagine AMVCA Nigerian Entrepreneurs Night. Massive, classy, and inspiring. Let me go home and pray on it ooo”, she added.
