BBNaija's Nina warns people against making false rape allegations

BBNaija's Nina has warned people against making false allegations on rape, sexual assault and abuses.

In an Instastories post, Nina revealed that a lot of people have had their lives ruined because of such.

She also warned the public against tarnishing the image of an accused based on a one-sided story until the case is tried in a court of law.

Nina's post comes amid an allegation against singer D'banj from Seyitan Babatayo who claims he raped her.

Nina wrote: "Men and women who make false rape, sexual assault, sexual abuse claims need serious beating at the market square then jail + civil lawsuit.

"Stop trying to ruin people's lives. The people, the public aka trial idiots, y'all need to stop trying to end people's lives cuz somebody said something. Let people have their day in court with real facts.

"Stop trying people from a story you heard. A lot of men and women have been victims of lies; families destroyed, careers ruined.

"Let's be cautious and stop being too quick to end people. Rape is a terrible thing, don't play with it".
