BBNaija disqualification: Erica's friend debunks rumours of mental breakdown

A close friend of ex-Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) housemate, Erica Nlewdim, identified as Don Mike has come out to dismiss rumours that the young lady suffered a mental breakdown after she was sent packing from the house.

Mike in a post shared on his Twitter page assured fans of the reality star that she is completely fine and in a good state of health.

Hours after Erica’s disqualification, a viral voice note had surfaced on social media which gave some of her fans a cause for concern.

In the voice note which stemmed from instant messaging platform, Whatsapp, an unidentified fan was heard wailing as she claimed that Erica suffered a breakdown that left the BBNaija crew members completely shocked.

The lady also called out to Erica’s friend, Don Mike, and pleaded with him to get to her as soon as possible.

Well, Mike while assuring fans that Erica is fine urged them to dismiss the claims made in the viral voice note.

"Please do not believe any news concerning @ericanlewedim. She’s doing well and in good health. That voice note or whatever message you got are all lies. Thank You," his tweet read.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that Erica’s lover in the house, Kiddwaya, lamented over her shocking exit from the house.

Kiddwaya in a conversation with fellow housemate Trikytee said he really missed her presence. He also promised to do whatever he can to help her once he is out of the BBnaija house.

According to him, it is painful that the disqualification means she also has to forfeit everything she won during the course of the game.

Kiddwaya said Erica really worked hard for all the rewards.
