Handi, a housemate on Season 9 of the Big Brother Naija reality show, has disclosed that Wanni, her twin sister, had feelings for afrobeats singer Davido but she did not encourage it.

Handi revealed that she told Wanni not to date the musician because she wouldn't be respected in the relationship during a Wednesday, August 14, 2024, talk with Shaun and Wanni.

Wanni mentioned her "situation" with the singer, but she didn ot address him by name.

Wanni only called him by a well-known phrase from his hit song "Champion Sound" which made it obvious that she was referring to Davido.

Wanni: “Let’s not call names but I told him [Shaun] about the situation with [sings the line from ‘Champion Sound’] ‘Take me away’. And he was like, that he would have been disappointed if I did something with him.”

Handi: “hmmm me too o!

Shaun: “I don’t think it differently.”

Handi: “We fought seriously on our tour. It’s a different thing if you were in a relationship but for what? Because you have a crush on the person you just want to jump in. And the guy is bipolar as f*ck. I told her he won’t respect her.”
