BBNaija Pere drags GTBank after N500K was debited from his account, many share plights

Pere Egbi Pere Egbi

Former Big Brother Naija housemate and ex-US millitary commander Pere Egbi has called out the Guarantee Trust Holding Company Plc (GTCO Plc) over a failed transaction.

The reality star in a post he shared on his Twitter page stated that he chooses to be "civilised" in his dealings with the bank but it appears that the bank lets him down anytime he uses such approach so he will in that regard use another approach.

Pere stated that he did a transfer worth half a million and he was debited but the vendor never got the money.

He demanded that his money be reversed into his account before he takes further actions on the bank.

He wrote: "Dear @gtbank I prefer to be civilized, when we follow that approach y’all constantly let us down then we’d have to use another approach. I need my money reversed back. A POS charge of close to half a million that never got to the vendor and I got debited. Over 2 weeks now."

Reacting to Pere's post, some people took to his comment section to lament the plights and difficulties they have experienced with GTCO and other banks.
