'As God bless you today, He bless me too - Old tweet of Davido congratulating Wizkid the day Ifeanyi was born

After the death of their son Ifeanyi, popular Nigerian singer Davido and his fiancée Chioma are undoubtedly experiencing a very difficult time.

The three-year-old was said to have drowned in his father's pool in the late hours of October 31 while his parents were away on vacation.

Following Ifeanyi's passing, one of Davido's previous tweets has resurfaced on social media.

Davido congratulated Wizkid in the throwback post because the musician a successful show on the day Ifeanyi was born.

In the post Davido gushed about how God had blessed him and Wizkid and he also prayed for additional blessings.

He wrote: “Congrats my brother @wizkidayo on your show … I dey wait my son since … as God bless you today him come bless me too !!! More to come blood !!!!! I see your message, My guy!!”
