Nollywood actress Stephanie Promise Ikedieze, wife of actor Chinedu Ikedieze, popularly known as Aki, has revealed how her husband and his longtime screen partner, Osita Iheme, known as Pawpaw, divided their household belongings after they stoppced living together.

Stephanie made the revelation in a video shared online on September 10, recalling that the two friends had once lived under the same roof before eventually going their separate ways.

According to her, when it was time to move out, Aki and Pawpaw split their property between themselves.

"Him and Pawpaw dey stay together before, as them wan pack comot, everybody dey share property. Aki carry pot, Pawpaw carry kettle," she said.

The story drew laughter online, with Aki seated nearby as his wife recounted the memory.

Chinedu Ikedieze ("Aki") and Osita Iheme ("Pawpaw") are two of Nollywood's most iconic actors, famous both for their comedic on-screen chemistry and for being little people — a trait that shaped their breakout roles.

The duo shot to fame with the 2002 comedy Aki na Ukwa, where they played the characters Aki and Pawpaw, roles so beloved that the nicknames stuck with them for life. The film is regarded as one of the most iconic in Nigerian cinema history and made them overnight sensations.

Since then, they've starred in dozens of films together, built a joint brand — Aki and Pawpaw Entertainment, and even ran the Aki n Paw Child Care Foundation together. Their onscreen and offscreen friendship has long been celebrated in Nollywood as a rare, enduring bond.
