Africa will be victorious over COVID-19 before others, don't travel abroad- Adeboye warns

The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye has advised the generality of Nigerians to desist from travelling abroad for two months or so.

In his Sunday address to members of his congregation, he noted that COVID-19 will be defeated in Nigeria before other continents.

Giving a strong warning to his members, he said:

"Do not travel abroad except it is very important. Africa will defeat coronavirus before other continents. Stay home," he strictly warned.

Nonetheless, he encouraged members to observe a good sense of hygiene, known to Redeemed members.

"Practice the hygiene usually known among Redeemed members. Keep washing your hands and sanitising," he advised his members.
