Nollywood actress Rachael Okonkwo has officially confirmed her appointment as the Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on Film and Creative Industry Development to the Enugu State Governor, Peter Mbah.

The screen star made the announcement in a statement posted on her official Instagram page on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, revealing that while the appointment was initially made in September, she chose to publicly confirm the development now.
