Actress Uche Jombo didn’t come to play when a fan tried to drag her into AMVCA drama involving Chioma Akpotha’s award.

A Twitter user @Timiigrey tweeted: “Uche Jombo should have picked up Chioma’s award not Femi Adebayo.. but all the same congratulations to her.”

But Uche didn’t let that slide. She clapped back saying: “He is her producer and Director. The right person to pick it for her.”

In other news….. A Nigerian woman expressed her distress on social media after her brother experienced an anxiety attack due to his performance in the UTME.

The sister posted a heartfelt video on TikTok, detailing how her brother was hospitalized following an anxiety episode triggered by his exam results.

She explained that he was taken to the hospital immediately after viewing his score in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination.

The devastated sister mentioned that her brother had studied diligently for the exam, believing that his future depended on it, and he was taken aback by the disappointing outcome.

Having achieved a score of 289 in the previous year’s examination, he had been optimistic about achieving better results this time.

In her words: “My brother after seeing his JAMB score. He had an anxiety attack. He was rushed to the hospital. He studied like his life depended on it. After he wrote the exam, he came back so full of joy because he felt he answered them correctly.

“I just hope this failure isn’t done intentionally because it’s messing up these children’s mental health. 2025 JAMB did him dirty. Get well soon my love. I no fit ask person wey de hospital wetin him score shaa, when he gets better. I just know it’s very bad for him to have that anxiety attack. He scored 289 last year, I just de wonder this year own.”
