Chief Medical Director at the Heritage Men's Clinic, Dr. Rasheed Abbasi says a man has to ejaculate more than 18 times to decrease his chances of being hit by prostate cancer.

He disclosed this in a recent interview on ‘The Morayo Show’ by the award-winning On-Air Personality, Morayo Afolabi-Brown.

Speaking on the need for men to be watchful of their health, he stressed that men can only fight prostate cancer through multiple ejaculation.

Speaking about a recent research conducted by Harvard University, he said: "A man who ejaculates less than 4 times a month has 33% chance of prostate cancer...They went further to say that 18 ejaculation to 21 ejaculations and above decreases that chance."
