95% of my friends were my enemies - Seun Egbegbe speaks on prison experience

Popular filmmaker Olajide Kareem popularly known as Seun Egbegbe has shared his experience while in prison.

In an interview with BBC Yoruba, Seun Egbegbe claims 95 per cent of those who he thought were his friends abandoned him.

According to him, he never expected some high-profile individuals to stand by him.

He said: “95 percent of people that surrounded me that I thought were my friend were my enemies.”

Egbegbe also stated that he was glad he went to prison because he believe God wanted him to learn about life.

He added that his biggest achievement while in prison was giving his life to Christ.

Seun who refused to speak about his ex-wife Toyin Abraham said he is doing so out of respect for her and her family.

In his words: “Anything about Toyin I don't want to talk about it let us respect her and her home. She has a husband and a child and I am happy for her.”
