2Baba, Falz release new song ‘rise up'

Legendary singer 2Baba has linked up with rapper, Falz the Bahd Guy to deliver a brand new hit titled “Rise Up.”

2baba is credited with being one of the key figures in the rise to global prominence of what has been described as the sound of 21st century Africa.

His distinctive blend of reggae, R&B and traditional African musical influence creates a vibe that is contemporary and universal while maintaining a clear African identity.

On Friday, the “African Queen” singer and Falz who is known for his distinctive style of underscoring skillful rhyming with comedic flair have come up with “Rise Up”, a joint record to entertain fans.

‘Rise Up’ accommodates a message of hope and recovery.

Produced by veteran beatsmith, Cobhams, “Rise Up” will serve as 2Baba’s first output for the year.

It comes long after he dished out the visuals for Wizkid-assisted hit record, “Opo.”
