2023 has been my best year so far - Yul Edochie; Nigerians react

Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie has declared that the year 2023 was his best year so far.

He made this known in a post shared on his Instagram page on Saturday, December 30.

Expressing his optimisms that the year 2024 will be better than 2023, the actor, thanked God for all the blessings he received this year.

Yul wrote;

"2023 has been my best year so far. Thank you Lord for your blessings & all. I can't even thank God enough. 2024 will be outstanding. 2023 will be child's play compared to the blessings that will follow me in 2024. And for that, I say thank you Lord. May your name be praised forever, Amen. 2024 we go harder."

His comment that he had a good year has sparked reactions from Nigerians who trooped to his comment section to slam him.

Many wondered why he would described 2023 as a good year for himself despite losing a son.

Recall that in March 2023, 16-year-old Kambolichikwu, the first son of Yul and his first wife May Edochie passed away after he slumped while playing football in school.
