What Abba Kyari told me before he died - Keyamo

The Minister of State, Labour and Employment, Festus Keyamo, SAN, has revealed what he discussed with Abba Kyari, the Chief of Staff to the president, before he died.

Kyari was announced dead on Friday after he tested positive for COVID-19 shortly after he returned from foreign trips.

Reacting to the news, Keyamo tweeted that Kyari had told him that his health was fine and was prepared for the treatment for COVID-19.

He wrote: “When I chatted with him exactly on Tuesday, March 24, 2020, he assured me his health was fine and that he would faithfully take the treatments. But God always knows best.

“Sincere condolences to the Kyari family and the Government of Nigeria. Adieu Mallam Abba Kyari”.
