In his own case, CEO, Corporate Keke Guy did not just strive to ride a tricycle. He sought to create a business. So in 2013 after his first business crashed two years ago, he gathered some funds together and put a fleet of Keke on the road. He named the brand Corporate Keke Guy.

After a seven year-long investment, the Babajide Sanwo-Olu Administration dealt the business a fatal blow by deciding to ban Keke and motorcycles from some Local Government Areas since the beginning of this month. The resultant effect is that he loses his livelihood while the over 11 keke riders under him lose their jobs.

Samuel Ogundare was close to tears when he narrated his own turn of events, it was indeed very disheartening after struggling to build his business. One amazing thing about Corporate Keke was the fact that it had sweets, music, TV and fan for the numerous riders that patronized them.

"When I heard about the ban, I was sad. Nigeria is a dream killer. My plans was to employ more youths but all of a sudden my plans scattered."

Ogundare was very close to tears as he lamented his huge loss.

Another rider, Olunlade Charles could not get a job after graduating from school. He decided to join the biusiness venture where he makes between N12,000 to N15,000 per day.

I am planning to further my education through this keke I am riding," he said.

Sadly that dream may never come to pass except they switch routes.
