Officials of the Consumer Protection Agency has arrested a Kunu drink seller after caught in a despicable act.

She was caught using her old underwear to make kunu drink meant for public consumption.

Kunu is one of the most widely consumed local beverages in most regions of Northern Nigeria. It is usually made from grain such as millet or sorghum, although it can be made from maize as well.

According to report, the kunu seller was arrested after some of her friends exposed her.

The agency noted that the seller is currently in police custody and will be processed to court after investigations are completed.
