FFK raises alarm over assassination attempt on him

Nigerian politician, essayist, poet and lawyer, Femi Fani-Kayode, has raised an alarm over a failed assassination attempt on his life.

Fani-Kayode, a member of the Peoples Democratic Party - PDP, took to Twitter to reveal that the persons involved in the conspiracy failed to cover their tracks and as such have been identified.

Whether or not the mastermind of the conspiracy has seen the tweet, he, however, directed a message to the individual by saying that "Ur agent has failed."

The tweet reads thus: "The conspiracy to murder me has been exposed with solid evidence. Those that are involved have been identified. The attempt to cover their tracks have failed. The matter has gone to the highest level. ALL those involved will hear from us SOON.I shall not die.Ur agent has failed."
