Gunmen invade Taraba mosque, kill worshipper before abducting businessman and his son

Gunmen invaded a mosque during Magrib prayers at Jalo Junction in Saminaka area of Jalingo metropolis, Taraba State, was on Thursday, October 20.

According to report, the gunmen numbering about 10, killed a worshipper before abducting a businessman and his son who is a secondary school student.

It was gathered by Daily Trust that several people have been killed and more than 30 others abducted in the area in the last few months.

The numerous attack by gunmen who are said to be operating from mountains across rive Lamurde in Ardo-Kola local government area, have led many residents relocate from the area.
