CAN president hails Oyetola

The President, Christian Association of Nigeria, Revd. Samson Ayokunle has said Governor Adegboyega Oyetola’s style of governance in Osun has changed the negative narratives of the state.

Ayokunle said this during the presentation of the ‘Democrat of the Year Award’ to the governor by the New Frontier Television, in Ibadan, Oyo State according to a statement on Monday.

The CAN President hailed the governor for putting the people of the state first in his administration’s programme and policy implementation.

Oyetola, who was represented at the event by the Secretary to the State Government, Wole Oyebamiji, noted that the administration prioritised the welfare of the people of the state.

He said, “This is why we have consistently run an inclusive governance framework by carrying our people, who are the original owners of the mandate that we hold, along in policy formulation and governance, including projects and programmes.”
