Deputy Governor Dr. Obafemi Kadri Hamzat has reaffirmed the State Government's commitment to building Africa's most competitive Sub-national Economy through sustained investments in Innovation, Industrialization, Agriculture, Healthcare, Education and critical Infrastructure.
Speaking during an interview facilitated by the Honourable Commissioner for Commerce, Cooperatives, Trade and Investment, Hon. Folashade Bada Ambrose-Medebem, with The Report Company, Dr. Hamzat said Lagos remains Nigeria's commercial and financial capital, offering a stable, business-friendly environment for local and global investors.
He highlighted key initiatives including the Lagos Innovation Bill, Expanded Support for Young Innovators, Development of one of Nigeria's Largest Food Hubs, Improved Healthcare Integration, and Strategic Industrial Projects designed to attract Investment, Create jobs and drive Long-term Economic Growth.
