Are there lights on the waterways to guide boats at night/in darkness?

How's the safety and security on the waterways?
How about emergency services and response time on the waterways?
Come on guys. Do better!!!
Instead of getting large ferry for conveying commuters, Govt is buying 1800ton barge for parties. What a waste.

Ismt this supposed to ferry vehicles? Why change its purpose when Lagosians need additional travel means at this time? Conduct a risk assessment and fix it at a particular ferry port where it will more useful to travellers.
