Photos: Rehabilitation work commences on Surulere road

Rehabilitation work has commenced on some selected roads in Lagos State.

This morning, the Lagos State Government shared photos of the rehabilitation of Enitan Street, in Aguda Surulere.

It was handled by the Lagos State Public Works Corporation.

While monitoring users comments on twitter, MyNigeria discovered that the slow pace of the rehabilitation formed part of the things, residents slammed the State Government for.

Elliot Henry called the Government to attend to roads with heavier traffic than a nameless street without much traction.

Responding to the tweet, he said, "I think this so called rehabilitation work Lagos state has embarked on,is really not prioritize. The mile 12 road, inward ojota down to Maryland is an eye saw and nothing seem to be done on that road,same as Itire lawanson road inward ijesha which is a death trap.



"Pls help fix those roads, so as to ease traffic and stop us from fixing our cars every now and then."



Eedris Aloma also beckoned on the Government to hurry to Sango toll gate.



The Lagos State Public Works Corporation is primarily saddled with the responsibility of Rehabilitating and Maintaining Roads in Lagos.
