Exactly midnight of today which will clock December 31st, Instant Messaging platform Whatsapp will stop running on Microsoft phones.

The Messaging platform has announced its decision to hands-off Microsoft phones because it has stopped developing updates for the platform.

Therefore, there would not be new updates or features for the Microsoft OS.

In addition, the Facebook-owned app stated that it would stop building capacity for devices whose operating systems cannot support the app’s latest features.
