Transcorp Hotels declare closed period

The Board of Directors of Transcorp Hotels Plc has declared a closed period from February 1, 2020, up to twenty-four hours after the release of the Company's 2209 audited statement.

This is according to a statement by the firm released to the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

It also notified the investing public that it had scheduled its 70th Board meeting for February 17, 2020. The board is expected to consider the audited financial statement of the company for the year ended December 31st, 2019.

Transcorp Hotels Plc, formerly Transnational Hospitality & Tourism Services Limited (THTSL), is the hospitality subsidiary of Transnational Corporation of Nigeria Plc (Transcorp), a diversified conglomerate with interests in the power, hospitality, agriculture, and oil and gas sectors, headquartered in Lagos.
