TCN debunks recruitment, CV submission rumours

The Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) has debunked the claims that it is receiving curriculum vitae from members of the public over rumoured recruitment.

In a statement on its official Twitter account, TCN said that the rumours are false as it is conducting any recruitment exercise at the moment.

TCN added that information as vital as this would only be published in the company's official website and social media handles.

The statement reads:

"The attention of the TCN has been drawn to information making the rounds in the social media, that the company is presently collecting Curriculum Vitae! Resume which should be submitted to the office of the Executive Director. Human Resources and Corporate Services.

"TCN hereby informs the public that this information is false and did not emanate from us. and should, therefore, be disregarded.

"Also, note that TCN is not recruiting at the moment. and at any time there is need to recruit new hands into TCN, it will be published in the company's official website and social media handles.

"Please be properly guided so as not to be scammed by fraudsters.
