Seplat to present 2019 financials via conference call

Seplat Petroleum Development Company Plc would present its Full Year 2019 Financial results via conference call and a webcast.

According to a notice filed by the oil and gas firm listed on both the Nigeria Stock Exchange and London Stock Exchange, it promised to release its financials on Monday 23 March 2020 at 09:00 am GMT (London) and 10:00 am WAT (GMT+1) (Lagos).

Calling the investing public to gear up for its virtual presentation, it revealed that access for the call will be provided on the day of results.

It added that a link to the webcast will be made available on the Company's website at https://seplatpetroleum.com/.

Seplat announced the completion of its acquisition of Eland Oil and Gas Plc in December 2019.
